"I was well aware of the job when I came here and it doesn't faze me too much to be honest. We know it's a difficult job, and we know these players are lacking a lot of confidence.
"Also, we know we need some fresh faces, that's something we said all along. But at the present moment trying to get them is very difficult.
"Bringing in new faces gives the place a lift and I think that is important.
"I think they've got into a rut, and I think now is the right time to bring some faces in to give competition.
"I think people know they are going to play and it becomes a difficult situation when that happens. Too many players are in a comfort zone because of that situation.
"We want to make some changes, and we will make some changes at some point. There will be some movement in the transfer market.
"If we don't make some changes now these players need to take a look at themselves, get together and dig us out of this hole because they are the players that are here at the moment."
