Bates Loses Out

Mr Levi was awarded £50,000 last July over comments contained in three match-day programme articles written by Mr Bates in 2006 and 2007. The articles accused Mr Levi, whose address was printed in one of the programmes, of being "a shyster", an "enemy within" and attempting to blackmail the club and scaring off potential investors.
