Blackwell has been mentioned for the vacant Southampton and Spurs manager's posts as well as Sir Alex Ferguson's number two position at Old Trafford.
"I've been linked with Manchester United and Tottenham before now, which is very flattering, but I just take it with a pinch of salt," said Blackwell.
"It is nice of people to mention my name and I can only guess those people have seen what I'm doing at Leeds United."
Blackwell says his priority is Leeds as he added: "It's an ongoing situation for everybody at the club.
"But I am very happy at Leeds, and I have always said that. This is a great, great club with very good people here and at the moment I am working very hard for Leeds United."
