He said: "There will be big changes and that hopefully will be for the good.
"I want a new culture at this football club, we can draw a line in the sand now and anybody who comes into the club knows exactly what is expected of them.
"Having left Sheffield United I made appointments there that are going to be there a long time after I left, for that was the key to it, and I will be following the same policy here."
