Blackwell said in the Yorkshire Post: "Sheffield United still have to play Palace and they have to play us. There will be twists and turns. What happened at Preston, Watford and Wolves (at the weekend) shows that.
"If anyone had done their pools (on Saturday), there would have been some heavy losses. No one would have put Palace down for a defeat. The same with Wolves v Sheffield Wednesday.
"We are staying positive. We have lost two in 17 games and we have to be happy with that record.
"We are still in a great position, believe me. Palace and Watford would both love to have drawn their games (against Derby and Millwall respectively), but didn't."
