Bowyer banned for 6 games

The punishment - the greatest that could have been undertaken by the F.A - was imposed after Bowyer directed foul and abusive language towards referee Jeff Winter, in last year's away clash at Highbury, against Arsenal and reportedly elbowed Gary McAllister in an F.A Cup defeat against Liverpool during the 2000/2001 season.
He will be unavailable for selection until March 30th.
Right-back Danny Mills has recieved a fine of almost £7,500 after being found guilty of using foul and abusive language towards fourth official Andy D'Urso.
Both players will also now miss England's friendly clash with Holland, later this year.
