Leeds United defender Charlie Cresswell's proposed transfer to Toulouse is off.
The 21-year-old travelled to France for a medical on Sunday and was set to join the Ligue 1 side for £3.8m.
But the player was unable to agree personal terms.
Meanwhile, Leeds midfielder Darko Gyabi is set to join fellow Championship side Plymouth Argyle on a season-long loan deal.
