The striker was the target of a wage-share offer from a League One club, believed to be Walsall, but the Whites have warned anyone to forget about any easy pickings at Elland Road.
Kevin Blackwell said: "I had an approach about Jocky that would have involved us continuing to pay some of his wages, but I'm not prepared to go down that route. We don't want to be sponsoring players for other clubs. We've done that before, out of neccessity, but the only deals we will do this summer will be in the best interests of Leeds United and if they suit the club. We're not a charity, helping fund players for other clubs."
Joachim was expected to attract interest from Walsall for whom he has scored six goals in seven games while on loan, and Blackwell confirmed that he is available if the right offer comes along.
Joachim has another year remaining on his Elland Road contract.
