The Whites had been scheduled to meet the Basque club in Austria in a pre-season friendly, but the game will not now take place.
Instead Leeds will play Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt, who have been lined up as an alternative.
The friendly will take place on Tuesday, 21st July and be held at the Untersberg Arena in Grodig, Austria. The venue holds 3,000 capacity.
Whites head coach Uwe Rosler has been keen not to overload the club's pre-season programme with friendly fixtures, arguing he needs time to work with the squad on the training pitch.
When Leeds end their training camp in Austria they will head to Norway, a country in which Rosler used to manage.
While in Norway they will play another Bundesliga side in a friendly, with Hoffenheim providing the opposition.
