The centre forward, a long time target of manager Keith Alexander, was due to sign for the club last week but the deal was delayed whilst he recovered from a slight hamstring injury.

Recently turned eighteen, the former England Youth international made his first appearence for the Whites during the 2006/07 season, becoming the first player to make his debut for the club whilst still at school.
