Cellino appointed Pearson as executive director yesterday, with the former Hull City owner being tasked with managing the commercial and financial side of the club.
Pearson left a role on Sheffield Wednesday's sporting committee to return to Leeds, where he worked as commercial director until 2001.
Bean worked at Leeds earlier this season as a consultant, before allegedly being sacked by Cellino over not consulting the Italian before rearranging a Championship fixture.
And he feels that Pearson is more than able to handle the Italian and the appointment is likely to hasten Cellino's departure from Elland Road.
Bean took to Twitter to write: "Good Appt in Pearson for LUFC and will bring some normality back. Beginning of the end for MC though as Pearson will want the top job.
"Pearson has the backers and a takeover will prob develop in the not too distant future. Pearson is nobodys fool – especially MC's.
"Good times on the horizon for LUFC supporters as Pearson will slowly and clinically oust MC …..only a matter of time."
Bean feels that Cellino, who has only just returned from a Football League ban, will be looking to sell Leeds and the appointment of Pearson could well be part of his plan to do so in the future.
"In all probability Pearson's appointment is prob the start of the MC Exit Strategy Plan."
