Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand has been left out of the squad following disciplinary action following his failure to provide a sample for a drug test.
Eriksson has added Aston Villa forward Darius Vassell to the squad as a fifth striker in case Michael Owen fails to prove his fitness.
