The Whites boss, who has until February 9 to respond to the charge, pushed Kamara when he was being substituted.
Wise was sent to the stand by referee Neil Swarbrick in the final moments of the match after accusing Kamara of time-wasting.
"He took his time and unfortunately I pushed him off the pitch to get him off," said Wise after the match. "I'd had enough of him, to be honest. Making gestures to the crowd. I was quite pleased he'd gone off because everyone was fed up with him."
