Mark Viduka will be missing after getting sent off in the 3-2 win over Leicester two weeks ago.
But if, the biggest word in football, Manchester City lose at Leicester on Saturday and Leeds win, they will lift themselves out of the relegation zone for the first time this year.
"There's four games left and we have to go out there and give our best, if we do that then I am confident we will win those games," Gray said. "I don't think it's over, the players don't think it's over and I don't believe the supporters do either. We have got everything to play for in these next four games."
Alan Smith says Leeds must stay focused on winning all four of the remaining games. "The important thing is that we pick ourselves up for our last four games," said the Leeds born striker.
Captain Dominic Matteo was carrying a slight foot injury against Arsenal but has recovered after a rest.
Stephen McPhail could yet be available for selection before the end of the season. "You never want injuries at any time of the season," added Gray.
"But last week was particularly unkind to us, losing three players at once, but these challenges are put in front of you and you have to overcome them. We do not have a choice, we have to manage."
