"If you’re an international player that wants to play at the highest level, then you are going to look at your future," Gray said in The Times. "He could still have a future here but the decision would be up to Alan and the people running the club.
"I don’t want to lose any good players and we’ll have to wait and see what happens. He’s got high ambitions himself and you could say that about a lot of them, they want to be playing at the highest level.
"I don’t think the Leeds fans are that silly to expect him to stay at this club if we get relegated. I think they’d understand that. He has a lot of respect for them and a great rapport."
