Poyet denied a charge of misconduct after criticising referee Andy D'Urso, but the charge was proven.

He suggested D'Urso held a vendetta against him and Dennis Wise going back to their playing days.

The comments came after Leeds' 3-0 second round Carling Cup defeat at Portsmouth.
