Hearing date: March 14th

Both forwards were due to face the panel to question the accusations against them on the 7th of March, though due to Leeds United chairman Peter Ridsdale not being able to attend on that particular day, the F.A opted to put back the hearings to a later date.

The charges are as follows:

Alan Smith has been charged with misconduct following violent behaviour in the Worthington Cup clash with Chelsea on the 28th of November last year. He is alleged to have body-checked Graeme Le Saux.

Mark Viduka has been charged with misconduct following violent behaviour during the Premiership clash with Arsenal on the 20th of January this year. He is alleged to have elbowed Martin Keown in the face.
