The former Feyenoord player is out of contract with Serbo-Montenegrin side Partizan Belgrade this summer and is now looking for a new club.
The 31-year-old has also had spells with Swiss clubs Grasshoppers Zurich and Young Boys Berne as well as Dutch side De Graafschap and is thought to be interested in a move to Elland Road.
He is disappointed, however, with the prospect of having to trial with Leeds, claiming the club should be well aware of his abilities.
"I have played in the Champions League with three various clubs, I have won UEFA Cup (with Feyenoord), I'm a Polish international and Leeds should know my skills," Rzasa said.
Rzasa is thought to have other offers from clubs in the Premiership and in the German Bundesliga.
