Scunthorpe's 3-3 draw at Northampton on Tuesday means Leeds cannot drop out of the top six in the table.
Grayson said on the Leeds United official website: "We knew we were almost there after Saturday, but Tuesday's result confirms it. It was our first priority and we're pleased it's confirmed, but we still have two league games remaining and they are our next priority.
"We're looking to finish with two more positive results to take forward to the play-offs. That's what I was looking for before we had this confirmed and nothing has changed.
"We have two more games to play before our focus moves on and as I said after Saturday, I don't want the season just to come to an end.
"It's important we keep the momentum going and prepare ourselves right for what we hope will be three games in the play-offs."
