Kandol lashed out at Yeovil striker Sam Williams in a mass melee in the centre circle as the players were leaving the pitch and was reported by referee Andy Haines.
Kandol, an 81st-minute substitute for Jermaine Beckford, had earlier scored his third goal in five appearances this season.
