Keegan & McStay Called Up

McStay was added to the squad by U-21 manager Don Givens following the withdrawal of Scarborough's Stephen Capper. It is McStay's first call-up.

"We've always worked on the basis that if you're good enough, you're old enough, I capped John O'Shea when he was under 18, and I think that these games will help their development," said Givens.

"I've seen plenty of Henry over the last number of years and I have been impressed and I know that Sean McCaffrey (U-19 manager) also thinks he is a great prospect."

Eire will open the tournament against Portugal on Tuesday, February 24th, meet with Italy the following day, before finishing the tournament with a game against Madeira on Friday, February 27th.
