The goalkeeper's month-long deal expires after Tuesday night's match against Bristol Rovers but Leeds will seek to delay his return to Ewood Park following the loss of Shane Higgs to injury.
The 21-year-old, an England U-21 international, was signed at the end of September as cover for the experienced Casper Ankergren, and he was expected to be named on the bench during today's match at Millwall.
Simon Grayson said: "We'll have to speak to Blackburn and see what Frank wants to do as well. It's something we'll look into once his loan finishes. It's really difficult when you're getting a goalkeeper in and can't guarantee that he's going to be playing. There aren't many around who'll come and do that but he's fitted in well. Ultimately it's a case of will he want to do it again next month?"
