He told the Leeds United club website: "It was a bit funny coming back so soon, but when I was here with Oldham on Tuesday, I actually thought during the game 'I'd love to play here. The fans are so passionate.'
"It's a massive club with the fans and all the tradition. There were a few clubs interested, but once I heard from the manager here I couldn't turn it down."
