Hapoel Tel-Aviv were surprisingly beaten 1-0 in Sofia by FC Kärnten in the first round of the competition but secured their passage to the second round thanks to an emphatic 4-0 victory in Austria.
This is no easy draw, none are in truth, as the Israeli side enjoyed a good run in the competition last season when they reached the quarter-finals.
