LUFWW say: "We are a group of fans who want to save Leeds United. We have sat back like all fans worldwide and watched the demise of our club, believing that its destiny was out of our hands and praying for the multi-millionaire businessmen to come up with their pocket change and save us.
"This is the launch of phase one of our rescue package. We are only asking for pledges, no money at the present time. We need your pledges to show the club we are serious."

A statement on the official Leeds website said: 'Leeds United Football Club has been made aware that a number of unofficial websites have been set up to receive pledges of support.'
'Whilst fully appreciative of the support given in these difficult circumstances, Leeds United Football Club has not set up an official site to receive donations.
