The tournament, staged at Hallam FM Arena in Sheffield, is for over 35s and Leeds will compete against Sheffield United, Sheffield Wednesday and Liverpool.
Mark Beeney is Leeds' keeper while Glynn Snodin, Brendan Ormsby, Gunnar Halle, Neil Aspin and Carl Shutt make up the rest of the squad.
The event kicks-off at 3pm on Sunday July 11 and tickets are available from the Arena on 0114-2565656.
Adult tickets are priced at £15, Under-15s £10 while a family ticket is £40.
