England will play at Northampton's Sixfields Stadium on Tuesday, February 28 ahead of the 2006 European U-19 Championship qualifying campaign.
England have been drawn alongside Belgium, Serbia & Montenegro and Northern Ireland in the Elite Qualifying Round for the European U-19 Championships
The UEFA European U-19 Championship will be held in Poland in July.
