Leeds are keen for the 24-year-old former Celtic star to stay on until the end of the season and Kevin Blackwell revealed that preliminary talks with Miller's parent club Manchester United have been very positive.
The midfielder has featured in 11 games for Leeds since joining in November, scoring one goal and he has benefited from playing week-in-week-out.
However, his displays have caught the attention of other clubs but Leeds remain confident that they can hang onto him for the rest of the campaign at least.
