Morris, 24, was originally quizzed last month following allegations that a 20-year-old woman was sexually assaulted in Leeds in the early hours of October 7th.
Following his release, he was re-arrested and charged upon answering bail earlier today.
The alleged incident happened on the A58 Wetherby Road in Leeds.
A police spokeswoman said: "A 24-year-old man currently living in Leeds and a 26-year-old man from London have both been charged with rape.
"A 20-year-old man currently living in Leeds has been released on police bail pending further inquiries."
Both men were being held in custody and will appear before Leeds Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
