The Premiership star was arrested and bailed earlier this month by police investigating a separate allegation of serious sexual assault on a young woman.
Both men were released today after being questioned at a police station in Leeds.
A police statement said: "The alleged incident happened sometime ago, but only recently came to light during an ongoing West Yorkshire Police investigation into a separate matter."
Morris was suspended by Leeds for two weeks pending a club investigation. That ban is due to end tomorrow.
Leeds United declined to comment today.
