The Mirror report that the Sheffield United boss wants Kidd to join his coaching staff at Bramall Lane.
Kidd used to be No 2 at Manchester United before leaving to become manager at Blackburn Rovers.
After failing at Ewood Park he helped out with Sven Goran Eriksson as part of the England back-room staff and then joined David O'Leary at Leeds as his No 2.
It looks like Warnock wants to ensemble a Leeds side!
