Leeds were due to travel to Boundary Park on Saturday July 24 but the game will now be played on the previous day, kick-off 7:45pm.
The change has been made due to Leeds having a home friendly match with Valencia on Sunday July 25, kick off 3pm.
United's first team will also travel to Mansfield Town, Darlington and Hibernian as a prelude to the start of the Coca-Cola Championship season on August 7.
