The digital radio station, set up by Ken Bates in the summer of 2006, has covered Leeds games for the past two seasons alongside BBC Radio Leeds. From next season, fans wanting live commentary will have to listen via Yorkshire Radio.
The BBC's package, which is fronted by the commentary team of Adam Pope and Eddie Gray, ends after the match with Gillingham on May 3.
Yorkshire Radio station manager Ben Fry said: "We have got a first-class team in place and a product we feel can deliver the standard of coverage Leeds fans deserve."
A spokesman for the BBC said: "We're clearly disappointed that we will no longer be able to provide full commentary to our listeners, despite offering the club a significant amount for commentary rights."
