The game will be played at Ewood Park on Tuesday, October 25 with a 8pm kick-off.
Tickets will be priced at £12 adults and £5 oap's and juniors.
Rovers have also confirmed that Jonathan Douglas, currently on a season long loan spell from the club, will be allowed to play against them.
