Prices have been frozen in the Family Stand for juveniles who renew before February 28, and supporters who meet that date will face a maximum increase of £30.
Fans in certain areas who benefit from concessionary prices will be required to renew their subscriptions before the February cut-off point or lose them.
The club will allow late applications from existing holders between March 1 and April 10 at an increased cost before unveiling their prices for general sale.
Details of the rises will be with fans from Monday, and Leeds are also introducing an interest-free payment scheme for applications received before February 28.
The club were heavily criticised for withdrawing their direct debit payment system last year, and later agreed to allow fans to pay with post-dated cheques over a three-month period.
Supporters who renew between March 1 and April 10 will be given the option of spreading the cost with an interest-bearing payment option.
Chief executive officer Shaun Harvey said in the Yorkshire Evening Post: "This is an opportunity for supporters to renew their season tickets at the lowest available price, rewarding those who purchased season tickets for the 2005-06 season.
"The price paid will remain in place in the event that the club gains promotion to the Premier League.
"The club has always stated that it needs to be in a position of greater stability in the long term. We have invested heavily in players and the investment of supporters allows us to continue doing so."
Leeds will announce prices for new applications at a future date.
