The Bradford-born winger became an instant hit when he first went to Gigg Lane in 2001.
Yesterday he helped Bury to a 3-1 victory at struggling Darlington.
Craig Liddle gave Darlington the lead but Singh's superb run and cross set up Gareth Sneddon for the equaliser.
Lee Connell then put Bury ahead before Singh completed the scoring when he raced half the length of the pitch to score.
Darlington boss Mick Tait said: "For the first 25 minutes we did everything right and I thought we would get a result if we just kept working away. But their lad was too quick for us and he did a lot of damage."
Bury player-manager Andy Preece added: "Singh has got better in every game that he has played for us and he got some great crosses in."
