Singh has failed to break into the first team at Elland Road, but has made almost 50 League appearances in loan spells with Bury, Bradford and Bristol City.
Singh is County manager Chris Turner's second loan signing ahead of the Oldham game, following the arrival of Sheffield United's Kevan Hurst.
