Today he has been fined a week's wages by Leeds United for disciplinary reasons.
The Aussie had a talk with Peter Reid when he was disciplined for turning up late for training and for the pre-match meeting against Arsenal.
Viduka has had a series of run-ins with Reid this season as Leeds' poor run of form has seen them drop to the foot of the Premiership after 11 games.
A club spokesman said: "Mark Viduka was seen by the manager today."
The club refused to confirm that Viduka had been fined, but it is understood that the striker was fined one week's wages, believed to be £65k.
The spokesman also added: "The manager is saying that he was disciplined and it is an internal mater."
Reid said of Viduka yesterday: "There is a discipline at the club and he has gone beyond those boundaries."
The 28-year-old has been heavily linked with a move away from Elland Road when the transfer window opens in January.
