Meadows is an Italy U17 international, although he is originally from Kent and moved to Italy as a youngster.
The 17-year-old, who has come through Roma's youth system, plays mainly as an attacking midfielder, but he can also operate at full-back.
According to reports, Meadows may be a player for the future with his move to Elland Road initially to be on loan with the option to buy.
