The 20-year-old youngster ,who joined Leeds from Doncaster in the summer, will provide cover following injuries to Danny East and Javan Vidal.
Whitehouse made 11 appearances for Doncaster's first team before joining up with Leeds' development squad.
Guiseley are bottom of the National League table, having taken only three points in 11 games.
