They beat Panathinaikos to win the tournament last year and Academy director Andy Ritchie is looking forward to this year's turnament.
"It's going to be good to go back there as winners," he told the club's official site.
"It will give the lads an insight into how the game is played in different countries. The French game has been well lauded in recent years and they do have strong sides at this level, so that will be an interesting and difficult game for the boys against Toulouse.
"They can't wait to play these games and I am sure we can give a very good account of ourselves, maybe even win it again."
